Enquiries

The contact form prepares an email draft in your email app. Filling out the form does not submit your details to a website database. You review and send the draft yourself. Your email provider handles that message, and PC Genie receives the details you choose to send so we can respond to your enquiry.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive client information. Use the contact form to request a suitable way to share information if needed.

Software quotes

Your selected software items and quantities are saved in this browser using local storage so your quote list remains available when you return. They are included in your email draft when you request a quote. Clear the quote list or your browser’s site data to remove them.

Visitor statistics and website delivery

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. Your browser loads its analytics script and Google Fonts from external services. The hosting server also records requests, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and timestamps, for operation and troubleshooting.

See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their handling of information.

Questions about your information

Contact PC Genie to ask about information you have shared, or to request a correction or deletion. We will discuss what we hold and any information we need to retain.
